Pakistan & East Africa Connecting Europe (PEACE) is a submarine cable that originally ran 15,000 kilometers from Pakistan to France and was later extended 6,500 kilometers from Pakistan to Singapore. The main trunk of the cable lands in Singapore, Pakistan, Kenya, Egypt, and France, with branches going to the Maldives, Malta, Cyprus, etc.
In order to meet the expanding regional capacity needs, the PEACE cable system was built using the most recent 200G transmission technology and WSS ROAMD BU technology.
By embracing shortest direct route connectivity, offering cost-effective capacity in an area with strong economic growth, and improving route variety connecting Asia, Africa, and Europe, this PEACE cable system significantly lowers network latency.
